Within my role at AMI, I am responsible for numerous aspects of the business performance, including improving and implementing new processes, from the workshop to the office and daily analysis. I am also responsible for time management and scheduling, customer and supplier quotations, creditor accounts, inventory orders, equipment maintenance, payroll plus much much more. I have attended numerous Fingal Enterprise training sessions including the LEAN webinar.

Within this role, I was responsible for stores in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. My responsibilities included: Commitment orders for all seasons which included visits to the head quarters in Copenhagen, Budget setting for each of the stores I was responsible for including allocation of weekly hours, forecasting for each store, waste management, performance management including implementing and managing the PIP process and conducting visit reports.

After a successful period with the Dun Laoghaire branch, I was offered the opportunity to manage one of the city centre stores and I gladly accepted. The switch was a success for both the business and myself, by being able to both reduce costs and increase revenue.

I moved to the Republic of Ireland late November 2016 and started my role as Store Manager in the Dun Laoghaire branch of Flying Tiger Copenhagen. I was employed by Card Factory in their Horsham store in November 2015. I started as a deputy manager, quickly progressing to store manager within a three month period. I was exposed to dealing with many area's of the business, such as HR, Payroll, Rosters, Purchasing and Procurement, Inventory management etc.

Working with a team of 5, I was responsible for the delivery and replenishment of all 6 land-side stores. I was accountable for the safety and effenciency of the delievries and ensuring that overall replenishment standards were met.Time Management was crucial to my role to ensure all stores had the stock needed to reach sales targets and KPI objectives.
