The Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as the co-architect of the House experience for staff and guests. The AGM holds hospitality as a virtue, not a concept, and treats every impression as the first. The AGM aims to build harmony in the House while maintaining passion, purpose, and profitability. The AGM oversees the daily operations, seeks to solve problems, and increases efficiencies across departments and all House functions.

The Director of Leadership & Culture provides vision, leadership and direction for dynamic student leadership programs that support the mission of Bryan College through intellectual, personal, and social development for student leaders. This position works collaboratively with the office of enrollment for the recruitment of students with demonstrated leadership potential to attend Bryan College. The director is also responsible for developing those students by initiating, coordinating, executing and evaluating a full array of programs, services and activities that engage student leaders

I provide focused leadership and development to the Worldview Initiative program of Bryan College. This position is responsible for training and mentoring college students through accredited classes at Bryan, research and curriculum development, keynote speaking, and community service initiatives.

The Worldview Initiative Coordinator leads and equips a team of distinguished students who are tasked with engaging youth on issues of faith and culture.

I am responsible for table side maintenance of guests and ensuring a quality experience for every customer. I occasionally teach our staff Wine Education and serve as a Waiter/Bartender for the restaurant.

Responsible for managing inventory and overseeing the production of coffee for Rembrandt's Roasting Company.
