Led a small team to implement two new softwares at a 75 year old company.The software and processes that were installed helped update a 25 year old legacy accounting software to a web based ERP solution to assist in accounting and change order management.The second software implemented is a cloud based project management software that assists in document collaboration on construction projects.Software implementation provided opportunities to - capture data at the point of origination, eliminating double entry- provide collaborative tools to share info with team members- cut down on reliance of spreadsheets and email- standardize the organization of documents- streamlined flow of information internally- improved internal reporting

Provided administrative, communicative and organizational support to the Project Managers while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.Responsibilities included- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in day to day project operations- Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary documentation relating to change orders and pricing requests.- Assists in soliciting and obtaining bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.- Maintain properly executed contract and purchase order agreements, insurance certificates, bonds and other documents.- Maintain logs for tracking shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, requests for information, change orders, material delivery logs, daily labor logs and other documents as determined necessary.- Develop the weekly job status reports and participate in the preparation and presentation of weekly Owner Architect Contractor meetings.- Assist job accounting process by organizing and tracking subcontractor paperwork- Responsible for timely completion of all required project close-out documents per contract- Take accurate and complete meeting minutes and distribute timely to all project stakeholders
