I'm the owner and an instructor at Green Shirt Studio. Our mission at Green Shirt is to make high quality performing arts training accessible for everyone. I first came to Green Shirt as a student in 2012 and studied the Meisner Technique with our Founders Andrew Gallant and Sommer Austin. I started teaching at the studio in 2015 and stepped into my leadership role in July 2019. As the owner, I've continued to serve our mission with the Meisner Acting Program - 5 levels of training that help our students demystify the craft of acting and learn a specific, step by step process to successfully tackle any script.I've also put a lot of energy behind developing new programs for our Specialized Classes. The Specialized Classes create training opportunities not normally offered in an accessible environment for performers and non-performers alike. They're the kinds of classes you'd find at a fancy conservatory...but you don't need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to take them.Under my leadership, Green Shirt has also expanded our Professional Development Workshops for professionals that want to boost their creativity and communication skills with techniques and acting exercises from our high quality performing arts training programs.If you have any questions about Green Shirt, our classes, or anything at all please feel free to reach out to me here or at jack@greenshirtstudio.com.
