Main responsibilities: 1、according to the performance requirements and writing parts of the SOR, set up supplier, complete development and validation of the parts, to meet the vehicle development plan 2、Ability construction power supply panel test, equipment management and use, by means of solving the problem of power supply and vehicle electrical equipment, write the report 3、building knowledge management power group, knowhow to write and reserve (FMEA, work instructions, product spec, DV plan and report, the original test data, etc.) Relevant experience1、parts development and risk prevention experience and project management experience 2、familiar with the vehicle power supply systems and electrical architecture, the power supply system with rich component design, arrangement and validation experience, familiar start-stop starter, intelligent generator, lead-acid battery and IBS, DCDC principle characteristic of parts, such as vehicle energy EPM/load - shed load management, start-stop power ESS technology3、new energy research: familiar with lithium-ion Battery characteristics and the present situation of the current market, familiar with 'Pack and BMS design key points and difficult points: batteries, structure, module of cost and performance trade-offs, familiar with the Battery equalization, over-voltage over-current protection, thermal management technologies, SOC、SOP、SOH evaluation，power Battery dvp plan & test standard；such as the corresponding national new energy regulation and policy research

Power system development with S/S (Cell sensor, Starter, Generator, DC-DC) according to GVDP process1、Power system design & validation with engineering tools GD&T, FMEA, DVP etc.2、Design & release responsible parts & specifications3、Maintain engineering BOM & engineering change management4、Benchmark on product key Characteristic , balancing performance & cost 5、Project management on delivery status by each milestone, support program timing , manage the process of development and validation6、VAVE works on cost/weight analysis , targets setting & implementation7、Travel to plants for buildings support and solve issues, experience in problem analysis & solving 8、Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external 9、Good supplier management skills(leading meeting & technical review), ensure vehicle launchRelevant experience1, project management experience, and the vehicle development and risk prevention experience2, familiar with rev.
