Under the supervision of a BCBA, I work with children on the autism spectrum, implementing ABA therapy. We help our clients improve their language and communication, social skills and other basic skills needed for adult life.

Worked directly with writers through the editing process as well as overseeing the operations of the editorial board and helping recruit for new positions.

Acted as the head of UTD's award-winning student led-newspaper. Oversaw 35 different student media contributors, including writers and photographers, and also did work in recruiting, public relations, writing, and design.

I worked as a cashier, as a self-checkout monitor and in drive-up delivering orders. As a guest services advocate, I resolved customer issues and complaints and helped ensure that customers’ in-store experience was convenient and comfortable. In drive-up, my delivery times and number of orders delivered were consistently among the highest in the team.

I helped to address guest concerns across a variety of settings, including in-person, over phone call, and web chat. I was also one of the front line workers in the company contact email address.
