I am a former collegiate baseball player who has a passion for the game of baseball on and off the field. Throughout my journey of playing baseball for twenty years I have developed an awareness for the importance of understanding mental skills at all levels of the game. After playing college baseball I stepped on the other side of the diamond and transitioned into Mental Performance training and coaching for athletes. I am driven to help athletes navigate and develop mental strength skills that will help them through their baseball careers and life. Having an understanding of what it takes to be a collegiate athlete I can relate and provide support based on my skills and experiences. I am seeking opportunities to continue to grow and help make a difference.
