Since 1991, I've served Wichitans as the owner and broker of River City Realty. I've been a Realtor since 1980. A native of Wichita, Kansas, I graduated from Southeast High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University. I first became interested in the real estate market as an electrician working in the family business - Silvers Electric. There I learned firsthand about the quality of construction, the beauty of design, and the importance of a solid foundation.Because of my appreciation for houses and my desire to serve people, I became a Realtor.Going beyond searching the internet and reading reports to keep current with the Wichita real estate market, I volunteer. Volunteerism comes from my strong belief in paying it forward. I have served on non-profit boards, actively supported economic growth public/private partnerships, assumed leadership roles to develop new organizations or events, and spent many hours on committees that help to build a stronger Wichita. It's apparent - I believe in Wichita and its people.Today in addition to showing and listing homes, you will find me volunteering as the Orpheum Theater venue manager for the Tallgrass Film Festival and serving on the Board of Directors for the Wichita Arts Council.
