I am a 22-year-old graduate from Staffordshire University with many years, of education and interest within an IT and Computing environment. Through my education, I have gained technical knowledge and understanding, as well as the ability to share this knowledge with others; this knowledge, and the skills I have obtained along the way, have enabled me to adapt to scenarios and work in pressured situations comfortably. Outside of my studies, I have managed to gain many years of experience building PCs and diagnosing hardware-related issues, as well as implementing a home network with APs and switch configuration. Furthermore, I have acquired 6 years of barista and customer service experience within different workplaces and scenarios.
