Director (since 2004) of West Point Grey Academy (WPGA) Property Society, a non-profit organization looking after the strategic opportunities related to West Pont Grey Academy’s real estate interests, and related donations.

Founding Member of West Point Grey Academy (WPGA) - a non-profit charitable Vancouver independent school established in 1996. It has grown from 300 students with 24 teachers to about 1,000 studends with over 100 faculty members, offering a broad range of programmes and classes from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12. Graduating classes have gone forth with confidence to places of higher learning around the globe.

In charge of looking after the technology requirements of all BC Hydro Business Units, including Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Corporate, Customer Services, Safety, Capital Infrastructure Project Delivery, and Site C.

Responsible for the IT and OT (Operations Technology) requirements for Generation Line of Business and Site C, ranging from IT Capital Portfolio management and prioritizatin, business case development/approval, introduction/evaluation of new technologies, software contract negotiations, outsourced service (application sustainment and development) management, sustainment process development and optimization, ITIL Service Management framework implementation, IT governance development and implementation, project management, and operations technology management. Work with Infrastructure and sustainment teams to improve and optimize operations and costs.

The Integrated Cadastral Information Society (ICIS) is a not-for-profit organization, created as a partnership between local government, Provincial Government, First Nations, and major utility companies in British Columbia to aggregate, share, integrate and provide one-stop access to the best available geospatial data for British Columbia.

Responsible for the management of the Accenture outsourcing contract, looking after the areas of infrastructure support, and application development, sustainment and maintenance. Worked with architecture group and the outsourcer to evaluate and implement various technologies and to streamline processes to optimize the value of the IT spend for the company. Worked with the BCTC-BCH integration team in the areas of infrastructure, and software and hardware contracts to ensure the smooth merging of the two companies (BCTC and BCH).

Responsible for the set up of the IT services for the new company, the governance structure, and the management of the Accenture outsourcing contract. In charge of the monitoring of the SLA's, OLA's, and the day-to-day operations of the computing environment.

Responsible for the IT investment portfolio. In charge of the IT separation between Transmission (which later became BCTC) and BCH, looking after the IT infrastrucutre separation, application license agreement, intellectual property negotiations, and the establishment of the new Internet, Intranet, Extranet, email, calendar, and file & print infrastructure for the new company.

In charge of the Information Technology strategic planning process, ensuring that IT capital investments were properly evaluated, prioritized and implemented. Responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements for T&D, while liasing with the Office of the CIO at the corporate level.
