As Head of Online at Leeds Student Radio I guarantee the station is effectively utilising online platforms to secure maximum exposure. Through the use of cutting-edge technology and professional techniques I have helped to boost the station’s reach, funding and membership.

During the summer of 2016 I was in charge of film for the campaign to make Owen Smith the leader of The Labour Party. All the videos of the campaign, with the exception of a few I delegated to other filmmakers, I filmed and edited. I worked closely with the Head of Policy, Head of Digital and the Director of Communications in order to deliver content that communicated our key messages and policy throughout the campaign.​I was also part of the rapid response team with the role of quickly turning around video to rebut inaccuracies and communicate core messages. The work I produced has been highly commended by senior digital and political strategists from around the world. Owen Smith has applauded my work saying that I "brought energy, commitment and imagination to the campaign". My proudest achievement of the campaign was my idea to produce a video using archive footage of former Labour Party politicians from past Labour governments that culminated with Owen Smith. Receiving more than 120,000 views on Facebook alone, this was the most popular video of the campaign and was also part of our rapid response as the video was launched shortly after the final leadership hustings. During summer 2015 I ran the digital campaign for Tessa Jowell to be the Labour Candidate for London Mayor. I directed, designed and ran the digital campaign working with various companies to ensure its successful delivery, such as Twitter UK and Silverfish Media. The digital campaign I co-ordinated has been highly praised. SunNation said we nailed the first Twitter Q&A of the campaign that trended UK wide. Moreover, Jackie Ashley, in The Independent, referred to the social media campaign that I ran as “the strongest social media campaign any British politician has yet deployed”.
