For internal customers I respond to solutions requirement documents generated by account managers. These two documents act as the foundation for my end solution. I am responsible for the collection of costs and development of processes for the delivery of solutions and ensure their successful internal sign off at leadership team reviews. When a proposal is successful I act as Solution Lead during transition to ensure smooth movement from design to implementation.• Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements. The most recent example of developing a winning solution that meets a business requirement was that of mobile unit immunisation delivery. Due to accommodation constraints I began considering alternative methods of delivery of the immunisation service and developed a mobile solution based on the usage of 3rd party vehicles and resource.• Project Management. For example I created a monthly means of viewing all available resource nationwide and I also perfected the process by which back to back nurse and doctor appointments were arranged, both logistically and with the practitioners.• I am also the author of two process documents for the company, one of which was used in the current ISO audit which the company successfully passed. The second was used as a step by step booking guide for colleagues for a particular type of assessment.
