As a First Line Engineer at INTERFUTURE SYSTEMS LTD, I provide reliable and efficient support to businesses in an MSP environment. I have a wide range of experience in MS Cloud, Hybrid and On-Prem solutions, as well as other products such as Meraki, Ubiquiti, Sage, APC, and more. I can troubleshoot and resolve issues on both Windows and Apple devices as I am used to both operating systems.In addition to support, I also work on-site and handle project work, such as cabling, terminating, and installing business-critical infrastructure. I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge, and I have achieved the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification. I am also studying for the MS102 and various AZ courses, which will help me contribute to the company's MS Partner status. Outside of work, I enjoy PC building, online gaming, and powerlifting, which have taught me essential skills such as staying cool under pressure, working in a team, and being a hard worker.
