Throughout the European venues and businesses, the role of Server and Endpoint Support Specialist is to support and maintain the servers, business systems, and workstation platform within The O2 Arena, SSE Arena Wembley, Eventim Apollo, Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin, Barclaycard Arena Hamburg, and Stockholm Live Arena.Managing hundreds of servers including storage solutions for the European venues and third party suppliers, responsibility includes maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, security, troubleshooting and documentation. Furthermore, the Server and Endpoint Support Specialist is responsible for over 1,000 workstations, maintaining standardised image builds for laptops, desktops and Point of Sale terminals that include endpoint security, regulated applications and updates. AEG Europe rely daily on the servers and business systems to ensure smooth operation of events throughout their venues. To achieve the best customer experience, AEG Europe also strives to use new technology to improve efficiency, development, and service delivery.
