Role/Responsibilities :Sonsoft Inc . is an Georgia/Hyderabad based Information Technology Solutions and Professional Services provider.Self involvement in preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertainCompetencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects Etc).Checking references for back ground verification.Scheduling Technical /final Interviews either with the Technical Panel.Database Generations, Management Classification and Categorization Extensive use of Internet Recruiting Tools on various free job portals, Building strong long-term clients, vendor & consultant relationships by Providing excellent provisionsSearch the direct clients and showing the requirements for the visa status handling and if it is all set then proceed for the deals whatever required.Maintaining the team under working and handling all the issues while on the floor Giving the training to the recruiters how to handle the call with the clients and consultants.Search the portals with short time of period and requirements. Extensive experience in Recruitment – US Consulting, business planning, vendor relations, sales presentations and proposal developmentDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with Vendors and HR colleagues.Provide coaching and training to team members to continuously improve performance.Prepare reports and analyze recruitment activity.Good working knowledge on US tax terms (W2, 1099 and C2C)Build strong sourcing strategy based on prior experience with US based staffing environmentNeeds to have experience in Recruitment in US market Skills: Sales, Recruitment in US Staffing MarketMS Office tools, Job Portals and search string experience, Resume Search, Screening, negotiating, Vendor r relationship.
