Business case included Pre-Paid Foreign Travel Card, and new payment products with a potential total investment in excess of $20 mm. Identify service breaks and process improvement opportunities within CSCL frontline associates and Wachovia third- party vendors.Participated in multiple projects with broad organizational impact such as Debit Lost/Stolen Redesign, Online Payment Initiation, Foreign Remittances, and New Product Development.Maintained strategic alliances, both within and outside the organization to effectively influence others to achieve business solutions.Partnered with the CSCL leadership team, assisting in the planning and development of strategic plans and programs which benefit the CSCL team as a whole. Utilized Six Sigma tools to identify gaps and create process maps to mitigate the delivery and legal titling errors of debit card.
