Manage 5 service technicians. Conduct training, quality control inspections, technician evaluation, customer retention.

Interview, employ and train all personnel. Manage a crew of 9 pest control technicians and 2 office personnel at my home office in Fairfax. Organize routing for all regular route technicians on a monthly basis. Propose new contracts and organize scheduling for same. Input completed services on a daily basis to monitor productivity using PestPac . Monitor chemical usage and order accordingly. Create effective service protocols for better productivity. Organize and submit payroll in a timely fashion. Troubleshoot customer concerns on a daily basis. Manage a fleet of 12 vehicles as well as their pest control equipment to ensure reliability. Train all new pest personnel for entire company. Work with all East Coast offices to streamline productivity, troubleshoot clerical, service and personnel issues. Travel to aforementioned offices on a regular basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.

Monitor chemical usage and order accordingly. Create effective service protocols for better productivity. Organize and submit payroll in a timely fashion. Troubleshoot customer concerns on a daily basis. Manage a fleet of 10 vehicles as well as their pest control equipment to ensure reliability.

Manage a crew of 30 technicians, resolve scheduling problems as well as customer and employee concerns. Organize routes for aforementioned technicians. Hold training meetings for safety and improvement purposes. Identification and treatment of numerous pest control problems and situations including but not limited to termite infestations, wood boring insects, and rodents. Dealing with customers on a face to face basis on site to address and rectify any and all service issues. Inspection of residential and commercial structures to find, identify, and eradicate insect and rodent infestations. Detailed documentation and submission of forms and paperwork in accordance with
