• Provide direct creative and strategic support to five Columbia led/co-led proof-of-concept and accelerator programs. This leads to the creation of online and in print marketing collateral as well as an increase in program engagement from Columbia departments and affiliated universities • Organize several high-profile annual events featuring presentations from elite Columbia faculty and the venture capital community. These events are attended by 500+ people and prompt serious investment interest from established VC funds as well as diverse media coverage • Design and disperse monthly and bi-annual email marketing reaching a community of 12,000+ venture capital and university professionals • Facilitate monthly meetings between Columbia researchers and Executives-in-Residence (XIR) Program members • Create and design multiple webpages and websites for CTV news, events, and co-sponsored programs such as the Columbia Lab-to-Market Accelerator (L2M) Network• Plan several workshops and informational sessions focused on shared resources and best practices among Columbia L2M Network • Track and report detailed social media, email marketing, and website analytics to support overall marketing strategy • Develop a searchable, web-based directory for all technology commercialization and entrepreneurship related entities at Columbia • Organize production of a wide variety of videos featuring original content related to technology commercialization and scientific research, which have gained 2000+ views to date• Serve as public facing contact of CTV, responding and appropriately redirecting all inbound email inquiries and licensing

• Organized and dispersed program information to over 300 scientists and institutions • Served as main point of contact for Blavatnik Awards program • Created promotional collateral for multitude of program sponsored events • Collaborated on website redesign for awards program information • Submitted all reimbursement and invoice forms to financial department • Researched potential international campuses for program expansion • Collaborated on troubleshooting issues with content uploading and organization with Fluidreview system • Maintained detailed timelines for 4 separate award cycles
