I’m an experienced Senior Parliamentary Assistant working for a Labour MP in the House of Commons and have had the privilege of working closely with the Labour Party, supporting its missions and values. Growing up in the North East of England, I’ve always been drawn to politics and social mobility, which has shaped both my personal and professional life.During my time as a Labour Party Organiser, I successfully lead the campaigns to ensure Labours victories in two parliamentary seats and I was proud to contribute to the resounding success of the 2024 Labour General Election campaign, a defining experience in my career.I hold a first-class honours degree in British Politics and Legislative Studies from the University of Hull.Beyond my work in politics, I am deeply committed to raising awareness about Dyslexia and other SpLDs. I am an advocate for the cause and have worked to elevate its profile through my professional career. My writing on the subject has been published by the British Dyslexia Association and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Dyslexia and SpLDs, one of my proudest achievements.I’m driven by my desire to make a positive impact in both my personal and professional life and I am always eager to collaborate with others who share the same vision of building a better future.
