● Project manager for new startup location from the ground up beginning with a vacant warehouse. In under 6 months had installed all equipment, fully staffed, and implemented proprietary furnace design into their business model to expand production. ● Planned, directed, coordinated, and oversaw all facets of company operations including equipment installation, permitting, recruiting, scrap collection, logistics, sales, warehousing, and maintenance. ● Promoted from Operations Manager at Dolly Parton’s Stampede to General Manager at The Comedy Barn. Oversaw the daily operations of every department in the theater and all employees. Managed front of house and back of house departments including concessions, box office, stage performers, operations, and marketing. ● Report directly to the President and CEO. Tools could now be easily found, with less bending eliminating back injuries and improving productivity.
