The Company succeeded in securing 90% of the states scrap wheel business. ● Processed 3 million lbs of scrap aluminum per month between 2 furnaces. Set up a 24/7 schedule to achieve maximum production. ● Implemented ISO-9000 safety program for the automotive industry. Allowed us to sell our finished product direct to the automotive industry, increasing demand and price. ● Reduced OSHA recordable incidents and increased morale by designing a wheeled cart of the proper height for employees to store their tools while working with scrap. Tools could now be easily found, with less bending eliminating back injuries and improving productivity.
