Jack Story began his real estate career in 2014 at Kidder Mathews, the largest privately held commercial real estate firm on the West Coast. After receiving the firm’s Rookie of the Year award in 2016, Jack continued to work solely on behalf of tenants for another three years. Shortly thereafter Jack joined Flinn Ferguson in 2019.Jack has an array of representative clients ranging from early phased fast growing technology based companies to professional service firms. Jack’s ability to manage client expectations while tactfully negotiating flexible lease terms gives him the advantage over the competition. His experience representing tenants includes facility relocation, lease renewals, expansions, subleases and building purchasing. Jack’s unparalleled work ethic and dedication to the client enables him to build the personal relationship that is much required in the industry. Jack was born in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington.
