And driving fundamental changes in the operations, engineering and product localization to enable the team to deliver the excellent relevant KPI (Key Performance Index) with highest quality and the best customer service every transaction, each project, every time.Jack is one of the few who based in China but have both Corporate and Asia Pacific global function management experience and with global insights towards wherever it is competitive, but not simple everything China. Since 2005 Jack extended his coverage from manufacturing operations to entire fully functional operations, from supplier end to the customer end. And after 2012, Jack also extended his responsibility to ME, LA and Africa sub-regions including operations strategy, product development and localization, global supply chain planning, to enable the company competitive and profitable, to ensure customer satisfaction.
