Fill job requisitions for both Swedish (affiliate) and Providence St. Joseph (51 hospitals), with focus on Oregon and Washington, for Critical Care; Leadership and Emergency Services divisions. Work closely with hiring management and staff, defining, developing, planning and implementing recruiting strategies and providing a qualified candidate pool. Select, refer and coordinate interviews for qualified job applicants, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Communicate with candidates, informing of application status. Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition coordinators to assure requirements are complete. Leverage a range of sourcing tactics to build and develop a talent pipeline and convert to hires. Exceed recruiting process expectations while providing superior service to hiring managers and other stakeholders. Highlights of Accomplishments include, but not limited to: - Assigned through IBM (acquired Providence contractor) focused on Scrum Masters, IT Project Managers with Agile and Iterative talent. Additionally, assisting NY Dept. of Labor with unemployment claim back-up.- Hiring Manager Interview Annual Target 180, achieved 203= 112% of annual goal; Candidate Offers Accepted Annual Target goal of 60 candidates, achieved 105= 175% of annual goal and reducing submittal-to-offer time from 28 days to 21 days.- Successfully identified and filled hard to find candidates as a member of the Escalated Sourcing Team, including Neurology ICU RN for Magnet Hospital and ER RN Educator position in reduced time (-25%). - Lead Recruiter for New RN Graduate Project - Developed marketing program to attract the 85K candidates who applied for residency previous 2-5 years ago.

Assigned to the New York Department of Labor serving as an Unemployment Data Analyst/Telephone Agent fielding calls from claimants with issues. Provide mainframe data entry and analysis services, and call center services in support of NY DOL's unemployment insurance for workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including DOL's Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program for workers not ordinarily eligible for unemployment benefits, pursuant to the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
