1. Network management & planning Planned and follow the office re-location, coordinating vendor and team member’s working procedure. Including blueprint compose/modify, data point, server room build up, tele system migration.All system are working perfect after migration. (700 clients pc and 10+ server, 3 days)My responsibility: supervising the whole project process and make necessary modifications.2. Product evaluating & implementation Initialize SAN system implementation for Shanghai office (1000 users) VMware ESXI implementation for Shanghai branch. (application service migration, backup)3. Network & Desktop support Network monitoring system “Zenoss” setup, all important server/application services are under inspect. Whenever any service is down, information will be send to related person immediately. Web Proxy server setup (Squid): make daily/weekly network data transferring report easy and clear. 4.Router & Switch maintenance Daily routine switch maintenance. (ports configure, speed limit, access control)6. Domain Controller & MAIL server maintenance Group policy maintenance and publishing, email server upgrading and trouble shooting. Supervising the forwarding email system migration and trouble shooting.7. File & Print server maintenance File server daily/weekly/monthly backup (Symantec Backup EXEC). Controlling user printing quantity and make adequate weekly printing report. Mastering the Alcatel Omni 4400 system. 8. Technical SOP compose & redaction Standardized new user training documents, created user training/trouble shooting knowledge base.9. Staff training New users basic IT training / orientation.
