Personally, I am a highly motivated individual that requires daily challenges in both my personal and professional life. I have founded and executed multiple successful business’ models in my career and believe that the best education any business manager can attain is reviewing a P&L statement, that is truly reflective of their own net worth. I pride myself in the daily mentoring of all that fall under my direction. I have been party to many different management styles in my career and believe that team engagement through empowerment and mentorship is by far the most successful method. I do not undertake this through a process of ridicule or admonishment but rather, by imparting a winning set of tools and allowing each individual to grow and realize their own potential.
