I develop and optimize various AI vision algorithms and deploy them on edge devices. These include object detection models developed, trained and quantized in PyTorch. I then deploy these models in embedded systems using torchscript, rknn and integrate them into an NPU using C/C++.

My role at Medtronic is based at Digital Surgery. Here, I work on the development of Computer Vision techniques for the identification of anatomical structures during surgeries. Using both MATLAB and Simulink to work on the control system of the Forze racing car simulation. My main contribution was building a real-time monitor to track and graph the telemetry data from the simulator that included all data from the cars major systems and their performance.

A summer internship that helped me gain great insight into the running of a technology start up. My role was to receive and ship the AirFi products as well as fix small bugs in faulty products.
