1. Project evaluation management: Work with local team and supplier for the DFM evaluation, and take lead of the communication between the US design team and suppliers to reduce the design risks for manufacturing. 2. Sample build management: Take management of all the manufacturing activities at the supplier side, which include production readiness review, material availability check, development schedule and progress control, quality issues improvement and on time delivery management.3. Risk management: Take lead of the business and technical risks evaluation based on data analysis report, and work with cross-functional team for the risk mitigation plan. Track and improve the risk mitigation plan based on the project progress in order to minimize the impact of the risks.4. Ramp and operation management: Drive for the capacity and production related preparation based on the forecast, take management of the daily production status and deep dive for the issues to increase both yield and capacity in order to meet Eero’s demand. 5. Supplier chain management: Measure, analyze and manage the performance of the existing suppliers, and drive for the continuous improvement at the supplier side. Take lead of the quantitative assessment for the new supplier’s evaluation and quickly bring up the new suppliers in order to meet our schedule and quality requirement.6. Cost management: Take review and on site audit the supplier’s process optimization status. Hold brainstorming meeting with cross function team to dig out the opportunity for cost down. Lead cost down proposal and PRQ build at supplier side in order to meet our cost optimization target.

Responsible for managing the TCL tablet ODM factory, and taking full process management of the NPI and MP, achieved to introduce of the Pop4-7 and Plus 10 into mass production. Process optimization: Lead to set up the NPI preparation process, and successfully achieved to improve 30% of the NPI efficiency by introducing the mechanical build mechanism. Establish a weekly project meeting mechanism to review the project progress and identify the potential risks, resulting in a 20% reduction of the lead time in the NPI production build. Lead the establishment of the FA process, standardize the NG parts management process, and effectively improve the FA efficiency and store the FA history data by introducing the FA units cards. Project management: Lead the TCL 1st Intel platform tablet product Plus 10 into mass production, and successfully complete the Pop 4-7 products mass production and shipment as the project leader.

Achievement: Responsible for the Apple FATP projects, and lead the evaluation of the X123, Mac mini, FAN, and complete the NPI and mass production of the Apple TV box and Apple magic keyboard. Responsible for the Apple NPI project evaluation and introduction, lead for the NPI RFQ relevant communication and evaluation, lead for the DFM, engineering evaluation and quotation report, and assist sales to negotiate the price with customers and meet their project requirements. Develop and track the project plans during the development stage, managing the entire new project introduction process to ensure timely delivery and reliable quality of the samples. Successfully introduce the 1st FATP project(Apple TV box) and 1st NPI project(Apple Magic keyboard) from BYD.

Responsible for iPhone research and manufacturing, and have participated in the introduction of the Phone 4, and iPhone 4s into mass production.
