I was privileged to lead Talent Acquisition for Regional Healthcare Network. As Regional Director of TA I had oversight of service offerings to the Midwest United States. I direct a TA team of amazingly Talented professions in two locations. I serve as a local partner to senior Human Resource and healthcare leaders to translate business needs into Talent Acquisition strategies. I also partner with the TA team from the System/Corporate Office and other regions to recommend and seek opportunities for integration, leveraging of resources and continuous process improvement in support of current and long term business objectives. I work with other community Regional TA leaders to enable the coordination of resources to achieve the effective sourcing, branding & attraction, recruiting, screening & selection, hiring, and first-year on-boarding of high quality, diverse talent within a service area.
