This position was my first experience in being a part of a project with a variety of stakeholders and project members that needed to be effectively communicated with. In addition I had to manage requirements that needed to be met in order to meet project success. This position required me to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills as there was often just one line of code that would cause the an error when a variety of programs attempted to run. This challenge meant using a variety of different search engines and resources to establish what went wrong and how to find the best solution to the problem.This job was very collaborative in nature, you would connect with your team members daily to find the best possible solution for any problems any of you were having. This connection was was invaluable. As a result not only would you discuss and converse to find different ways of finding an answer, but you would also uplift and assist those same team members who desired wished to learn and advance their knowledge.
