Senior-level executive specializes in providing consulting and financial restructuring services to various manufacturing/distribution companies, construction contractors and other related businesses. During the past thirty years, I have provided “hands-on” interim management support (as CEO/CFO/CRO/EVP) and have completed numerous consulting assignments for a wide variety of “financially distressed” companies. These financial restructuring assignments have included evaluations of financial performance/operating metrics and asset sale activities for companies with annual sales ranging from$5.0mm to over $500mm and ranging in size from 50 to 2,000 employees. I have served as a court-appointed receiver for several matters in PA and have been involved in Chapter 11 cases (including 363- sale auctions and plans of reorganization) in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in PA, OH, WV, & KY.Selected highlights/client experiences are outlined below:* Compass Advisory Partners (2008-2014) – we provide “hands-on” management consultingand financial support services to key executives of manufacturing and distribution companies andconstruction contractors located in PA, OH, WV and KY; including metals-related andprocess/blending manufacturing companies and coal mining/processing companies. These assignments generally include reviews/assessments of recent financial performance andoperational metrics/efficiencies to assist in the development of viable financial projections (withcost reductions), cash flow projections and assessments of refinancing options. These clientassignments frequently involve discussions and negotiations with senior lenders in conjunctionwith our clients. Typically, various debt and equity refinancing options are evaluated and implemented as part of these engagements. On some projects, asset sales and/or sale of business units on a “going-concern” basis may be required.
