I am the technical lead in our CAD/CAM unit working closely with FitFoot360 in the manufacture and design of fully bespoke foot orthoses. I have developed and refined the CAD/CAM process over the last 5 years and continue to push the boundaries of the technology to deliver industry leading orthotic design to reflect the varied foot profiles and mechanical demands of our customer base.I work closely with our customers to understand their requirements of the end product to ensure the optimum device that provides the best outcome for their patient groups.We are constantly evolving our manufacturing process and we look to foster an open relationship with our client base encouraging regular case discussions via email and video consultations so we can better understand the design characteristics required for the end user.
