After completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Computing in June 2023, I would like to now progress not only within my chosen career but obtaining further skills and qualifications. The Computing course included both practical, written and team assignments within a range of topics, helping develop confidence and strong leadership skills along with the ability to research, analyse and evaluate my work. Responsibilities include managing calls and communicating with customers and suppliers. Handling and fixing user-reported and internally escalated incidents from the Incident Management Team, following up on incidents. Remotely fixing software, network, hardware issues using SCCM, Active Directory, N-Able and Citrix. Keeping track of all their requests through the Customer Relationship Management software (CRM). Diagnosing and escalating broadband and telephony problems and assisting in the company's day-to-day operations.As part of this role requires me to perform on-site visits whilst interfacing with the customers in a professional environment sorting out any hardware and software problems to meet the needs of the end-user. And partake in the building and imaging process of new devices, managing the stock level of the devices, deploy organisation-wide updates and changes to the organisation via Group Policy Objects (GPOS) and overall management of the Active Directory Domain Services for the organisation.I am also part of the Vocovo Support Team, which means that I am also responsible for providing support for headsets, call points and mobile handsets for corporate clients such as TkMaxx, Selco and Primark.My duties are the testing and repair of Vocovo equipment, management of the stock levels of the equipment and shipment to the customers. I use CRM software to interface with the corporation’s helpdesks. I use the Vocovo online portal to set-up, configure and pair the equipment in order to make it operational.
