• Providing efficient and courteous customer service in all aspects to ensure an exceptional experience.• Stock replenishment and handling of payment transactions as well as maintenance of the bar, restaurant and out on the casino floor.• Advise and assist customers in relation to the services provided by the casino, the available games and inquiries concerning food and drinks.

-Maintaining high levels of efficiency in cleaning the fruit to avoid deductions and ensure total satisfaction to the customers standards.-Resilience and a Can-do attitude to handle weather conditions and physical requirements of the role.-Handling maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent unnecessary delays to harvesting.

-Customer service and care when handling enquiries, organising deliveries and online communication.-Ensuring all customer specifications were met in terms of item condition and packaging, particularly for international deliveries. -Meeting customers directly and providing all possible assistance with installation or pick up of large items.-Data and transaction recording to ensure accurate information for both the customer and the business. -Providing on site management working with multiple construction teams to ensure excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction.
