LGS 2nd Line Support Technician

As the founder and CEO of QuickTask, I am passionate about revolutionising how tasks are tackled. I guide our strategic vision, cultivate a culture of innovation, and prioritise a seamless user experience for both task posters and taskers.QuickTask is a community driven app where people request tasks to be done be it gardening, cleaning, painting and anything in between.

During my time with Nottinghamshire Police, I was on the front lines, patrolling our communities to deter crime and keep people safe. I responded to urgent calls, investigated crimes, and brought offenders to justice. I worked with multiple agencies and connected with the community through outreach programs. It was challenging and rewarding work, using my skills and knowledge to protect and serve the public.

As a Special Constable Sergeant, I led a team of six dedicated volunteers, ensuring their well-being and maximising their impact within the community. I coordinated our efforts with multiple agencies, including full-time police officers, to address local issues and provide comprehensive support. I remained actively engaged in frontline duties, responding to 999 calls and patrolling our area to maintain public safety.

In my role as a 2nd line engineer, I specialized in providing on-site support to users experiencing IT issues. I played a crucial role in resolving technical challenges promptly, ensuring uninterrupted workflow for the business. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of managing key servers vital for the organization's effective operations. Through diligent oversight and proactive maintenance, I contributed to the seamless functioning of critical IT infrastructure, enhancing overall business efficiency. My experience in this role honed my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strategic management of essential IT components.
