This may also apply to high profile refs and or coaches in certain codes. We work in teams and are in constant radio contact to each other and supervisors and are supported by teams of CC Surveilance Operators,plain clothed operatives, the Police and TRG.Crowd Safety and Management OperativeConsidered a key role as the health and safety of our patrons is detrimental in there continued loyalty and patronage of the venue ,all enquiries eg directions, and complaints eg unruly behaviour or drunkenness is dealt with an active ear eg,sensitivity to cultural barriers,and acted upon once all the information has been ascertained and in a manner that shows dignity and respect to all involvedIt is important that we maintain control of large crowds and critical when peoples emotions run high and the added element of alcohol that presence, surveillance ,and communication will deter unruly behaviour and immediate response to eject intoxicated patrons helps comfort remaining patrons.We are regularly called upon to assist with lost children,injured patrons and provide comfort and communicate location for paramedics and police to attend.

A close relationship with managers and supervisors is required so there reports marry up to mine.
