Jack has proven himself as a highly skilled Project Manager, responsible for writing comprehensive Project Management Plans and managing teams of contractors to deliver major Condition Assessment projects, successfully delivering high-quality asset data sets.It has been a privilege for Jack to drive digital innovation and the transformation of asset management capabilities across his accounts, supporting the likes of VenuesNSW, Australian Unity, Hornsby Shire Council, and the Aboriginal Housing Office.

Jack was previously employed as the Head of Client Success at EpiSoft Pty Ltd, with additional Project Management and Business Development responsibilities. At EpiSoft, Jack oversaw all client relations, managing our accounts for some of Australia's largest private hospital groups, being the likes of Healthscope, St Vincent's Health Australia & Calvary Health Care. These experiences shaped his love for working in teams and with people from all backgrounds, whilst communicating with doctors, practice managers, software developers, and integration technicians on a daily basis. I am also responsible for managing all of EpiSoft’s SaaS software implementations as well as end-user training in both private and public hospitals all across Australia and New Zealand, demanding great product demonstration and communication skills. Jack was the essential interface between our external and internal stakeholders, specialised in managing innovative technology development for some of Australia’s leading private hospital groups, including EpiSoft's transition to low-code / no-code development. Working closely with clients to develop a clear understanding of their business objectives and project requirements, he identified how we can help them achieve their goals, and ultimately improve their return on investment. After coordinating ideation workshops with clients, Jack collaborated with system developers and architects to design and build new features and functionality with quantifiable benefits for both parties involved. He was responsible for the creation of project timelines and milestones, the scoping of requirements and specifications documents, whilst overseeing development and deployment of the final solution. Jack felt incredibly grateful to work for such a great company, that helped build him into the charismatic and driven Client Success Specialist he is today.

I previously worked as a Resource Recovery Consultant at Edge Environment, where I specialised in resource recovery projects aimed at promoting circular economy and sustainable initiatives. My role at Edge involved working in a tight-knit team on a wide variety of waste reduction and resource recovery advisory projects, helping clients initiate circular economy goals and behavioural change. This position allowed me to complete a vast array of projects, from waste audits for large companies such as Mirvac, to recycling consultation for breweries including 4Pines Brewing Co and Waverley Council. I developed strong reporting skills, where my team and I developed Edge’s first waste audit reporting template. My time at Edge fuelled my passion for sustainability, and not only allowed me to master my written and communication skills, but also my ability to deliver projects on-time whilst working effectively towards project deadlines and milestones.

Starting in December 2012, I worked as a salesman at Harvey Norman in Balgowlah within the IT/AV department. This role offered me a diverse range of experiences, which required different skill sets and the ability to work as well as negotiate with different personalities. This job allowed me to gain considerable experience using and knowledge of the latest technologies, operating systems and software, and in particular dealing with several finance payment options for companies such as Latitude Finance, Flexirent and Optus.
