Over the years I have come full circle in my professional career, outside of part time jobs while finishing my degree, my primary professional focus has been sales. As part of my sales journey, I stared as an individual contributor selling a variety of products and services at Portland Marketing Group in Maine. After gaining confidence and acumen as an individual contributor, I moved into a Sales Manager role, and ultimately was promoted to Director of Sales responsible for 150+ Sales Managers and individual contributors. Years later, I moved to New York to take a job in business sales with Verizon. In 2015 I moved home to Maine, and accepted an offer as a Sr Client Partner Enterprise Sales, which is the highest level individual contributor sales roles one can reach within Verizon Business.
