- Support and targeted management of NYSGA Internship Program- Support the hiring and training process for NYSGA tournament operation interns (2-4 staff members annually)- Coordinate the admin of all competitions conducted by NYSGA and affiliated golf associations:- Build and update tournaments using the Golf Genius Software- Attend assigned NYSGA and affiliated golf association championships/qualifiers, either as the SIC or as the assistant to the Director, with duties to include:- Assist with course setup, course marking, notice to players, and volunteer assignments- Prepare tournament related materials for players and volunteers- Oversee the storage, transport, setup and maintenance of tournament supplies- Provide support in starting, scoring, pace of play and the Rules- Serve as the SIC responsible for conducting the NYSGA Amateur Series.- Assist with instructing of Rules of Golf workshops and NYSGA Rules Official educational seminars.- Assist the Director with special projects as assigned.

- Acted as the lead staff member at NYSGA competitions in WNY that don’t conflict with the BDGA, which includes NYSGA championships, NYSGA championship qualifiers, USGA qualifiers, and the NYSGA Amateur Series.- Administered the back-end responsibilities of the NYGSA Amateur Series, which includes building the tournaments in Golf Genius and communicating with players.- Supported the NYSGA to ensure the successful back-end administration of BDGA competitions (customer support, website management, player communications, preparation of printed materials, supply management, etc.).
