I’m a problem solver…it’s what I do! I love to find the best solutions to the challenging issues I am presented with.I am experienced in creating “Fabrication” level models and annotated “Fab” drawings in Revit for HVAC and Plumbing systems. I am able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while also communicating and cooperating effectively with my team members for internal model coordination. Some of my other skills include, coordinating and conducting clash detection with other trades through Navisworks, writing and submitting RFIs, implementing changes once received, as well as to coordinate models with point clouds using Recap for renovations and as built conditions. I make it a point to stay up-to-date on the latest software and technologies in the industry. For example, I am experienced in updating and maintaining models through BIM 360 Glue, accessing and utilizing project documents through Procore and Bluebeam. As well as integrating AutoCAD content into Revit projects. I also have experience using equipment submittals to generate Revit Families as well as creating and applying parameters and rules to the families.In addition to these skills, I have a strong knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing design standards and codes, and extensive experience in renovation as well as new construction projects.
