Position Summary:Get the RFQ from H/Q and search the related source to support Buyer/PM/Market, and provide new tech/new product/new market trend information to team, Process Vendor Set Up, Contract Negotiation, Sampling Making, Spec Definition and Certification Application, meanwhile monitor the Pilot Run quality, and shipment, Product includes the hard/soft case, cable, power bank, wireless/car/wall charger , headphone ,earphone and backpack.Duties and Responsibilities:New product sourcing activities and output analysis report of Price, certification, L/T, process factory audit, Agreement Negotiation and sample testing toward to project launch successfully, Find new opportunity for Marketing.1. Supporting catalogue with the identification, selection, sourcing, project development2. Working with buyer for existing vendor or exist SKU to search the alternative source aim to get better service for price and quality.3. Sourcing the existing and developing PID to support PM and Buyer4. Processing the Agreement and negotiate payment term, MOQ, Price to meet company policy5. Travel to search products and audit factory both for social appliance and quality system6. Leading sourcing team for Annual factory audit and quality system improvement7. Attend HK Spring/Autumn Electronic Show and Canton fair 8. Supporting customer/H/Q team CHN visiting itinerary9. Fulfill supervisor related requires and support for all the Brand's products

1.Sourcing the new product and new technical :3D printer, 3D pen, Filament ,VR, Drone, Audio related ,Case related, Gaming related , Lighting related, Office related , small applaince related, outdoor and Home automation2. Audit and manage New/Existing vendor from vendor slection, audit, contract negotation, sampling, approval, mass production3. Attend related show(HK show, Taiwan Show ,Canton Fair and domestic related show)

Supporting catalogue with the indentification,selection,soucing,project development Working with PM/perchasing team/QC and Logistics.Sourcing the existing and developing catalogues.Processing the Agreeement discussion and negotiation payment term, MOQ, PriceTravel to seach products and audit factory for scial appliance ,factory quality systemAttend HK Spring/Autumn Electronic Show, Canton fair, Taiwan, Beijin, SHH related showSupporting the customer visiting&auditing factory.Focus on Audio, Led, Lamp ,Office product ,Home Automation and PC related product searchSearching and work the successful 3D printer, 3D scanner,filament, Drone, Gaming Keyboard, Mouse, workstation related and cycle related products

Sourcing and identifying the qualified supplier in China1.Discussing the drawin or spec wth H/Q if anyconcerns and start to search in China2.Coordinating with USA design&Quality team to develop the project3.Analysising supplier quotation and make allth prossibility to breakdown facility price4.Summarizing competitive suppliers quotation list to H/Q and comments the advantage and weakness5.Identifying new supplier including supplier quality system,equipment, business strategy and customer service6.Identifying potential suppliers with a view to develop them as strategic partners7.Negotiating with supplier about the abjectives including cost reduction programs,cost rationalization,and vloume leveraging8.Working with quality department t assess potential advantages and risk of new or existing suppliers9.Ensuring product development accuray,quality and speed to time to market10.Delivery contril, Achieved 100% OTD(On Time Delivery)11,Iteractions with suppliers,sales department,shipping department and Finance devision
