Responsible for the centralization of non-direct implementation work necessary to monitor consistency,quality, and training across implementation spectrum of Retirement Solutions Division. As Director of Operations, I was in charge of daily inside sales and billing functions. Assisted the owner in controller operations, including overseeing AR, AP and basic financial reports. Developed corporate policy for company to follow. Created business recovery plans, OSHA requirements, new company catalog and website, worked with vendors to bring in new employee medical and dental insurance plans, workman compensation packages, worked with vendors in the implementation and service of a new manufacturing system, assisted the owner in tax incentives with both municipal and state officials after owner purchased new building, provided owner with move plans to new building and assisted in new communication package throughout, worked with bank to provide monthly financial reports, and worked with legal counsel on any outstanding questions. Was on the Western Massachusetts Regional Employment Board to assist employment opportunities for young people interested in the manufacturing sector.
