As a digital and technology solutions apprentice at Santander UK, I am learning and applying the latest technologies and innovations to enhance the customer experience and improve the efficiency and security of the bank. I am also pursuing a degree in digital and technology solutions where I am developing my technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Before joining Santander UK in September 2023, I worked as an administrative clerk at NHS for two and a half years, where I supported the health care staff with data entry, filing, and communication tasks. I have a strong interest in the digital and technology field, and I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills, and contribute to the mission and vision of Santander UK.
