I have 9 years of experience in Financial Services working for Nationwide Building Society, currently as a Senior Data Marketing Analyst within our large and diverse Customer, Brand & Engagement team, where I’ve worked for the past 2 years. Prior to this I spent over 6 years within the retail arm of the organisation, most recently as a Branch Manager, where I led a small yet dedicated team through a period of significant change as the role of the branch network continued to adapt and evolve to meet customer needs. I have also had previous management experience within both the leisure and hospitality sectors.
