Grew a rural community church from 35 members to 300 through visionary leadership. Relocated church to a 10 acre campus as well as gave oversight to the design and building of the Sanctuary and Education buildings. Stewarded the resources of the church that led to early pay off of land and buildings. Recruited and trained a team of 50 volunteers to operate.
