I am an effective problem solver and with determination and drive have developed an in-depth knowledge of internet technology. I possess over four years experience within the IT sector and over ten years experience in customer facing roles. I have a passion for technology but I also care about the people who use it. Consequently, I have developed a high-level of interpersonal skills.Even as a child, my mother tells me, I would spend hours trying to figure out how everything around me worked. For example, no baby gate she installed ever remained shut for long. As I grew up my father, who works in the industry, never fixed any technological problem for me. Instead, he would guide me on how to do it for myself. This curiosity is the drive behind my passion for technology and for my ambition to learn more everyday. I currently work within Aviva as an IT Support Technician and have previous experience as an IT Support Engineer for TSP Projects. Previous to my career in IT, I worked as a mental health support worker. I was employed by companies such as Prime Life, The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and GreenShoots.
