I am a Master's graduate in Computer Science from Newcastle University (First Class Honours); currently employed at HMRC as the G7 - Business Analysis and Automation Lead, within Unity Business Services.Throughout the course of six years experience in the IT industry, I have worked in a variety of projects and teams for both the public and private sectors. I began my career with a focus in software engineering, before promotion to team lead, and a further promotion to a hybrid role as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineering lead & business analyst. Most recently I have been promoted to business analysis and automation lead.I pride myself through my enthusiasm, quick learning, technical aptitude, analytical ability, friendliness, and strong interpersonal and communicational skills. All of which have been required, and are necessary to build upon; to adapt to new roles, problems, and specialisations In the ever-broadening digital landscape.
