I have developed my department to attract specialized personnel allowing me to target a wider range of clients who have difficulties hiring staff with the precise skill sets they require.In addition to standard day to day recruitment , I have developed a successful Training Structure for our brand allowing us to consistently up skill our Trades & Labour on site operatives with variety of safety and technical training.
