Jack Warden is President of Kiernan Group Holdings, Inc. a global consulting firm specializing in law enforcement, defense, and intelligence industries with specialized support to federal and civil clients in the areas of strategy, policy, tactics, and training. With over 25 years experience in the software industry, Mr. Warden brings significant depth of knowledge in providing technology services and solutions for the government marketplace.Mr. Warden works together with the CEO to formulate, oversee and implement the KGH strategic plan that guides the direction of the company. Mr. Warden assists the CEO by creating, communicating, and implementing the KGH vision, mission and overall direction, and as the principal who maintains awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards. Mr. Warden develops and implements strategies and sets the overall direction of the ETIC (Emerging Technology Innovation Center), a highly specialized, risk-reducing methodology designed specifically for cutting edge, disruptive technologies to discover, assess, develop and strategize for market agility and commercialization. Mr. Warden directs KGH staff, including the organizational structure, policies, and procedures. He is key in developing and maintaining relationships with other associations, industry, and government officials. Mr. Warden collaborates with the Board of Directors to develop the policies and direction of KGH, and provides adequate and timely information to the Board to enable it to effectively execute its oversight role. Mr. Warden holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond. He has also served as a Board Member for USO of Metropolitan Washington, and is an active member of InfraGard, a public-private alliance with over 62,000 members representing all 16 critical infrastructures and key resources.
