• Loan Servicing – Maintains/collects current hazard and personal property insurance certificates for all collateral; verifies the currency of life insurance if a policy has been assigned as collateral; verifies that Ohio Worker’s Compensation insurance is in force for all borrowers; verifies that real estate taxes are current for all real estate collateral; tracks and renews Uniform Commercial Code filings as needed; verifies and documents Third Party Lender Interim loan mortgage releases; maintains computer tickler files for all of the above.• Portfolio Management – Collects annual financial statements/tax returns from all borrowers and inputs information into the Loan Management System (LMS); participates in loan grading for each loan on an annual basis; reviews and updates risk rating system with Executive Director; prepares various reports on the portfolio for presentation to the OSDC Board of Directors including: quarterly risk assessment based on SBA generated statistics; annual portfolio industry concentration analysis; specific industry concentration analyses as needed such as OSDC’s hotel and restaurant portfolio; loan rating reports.• Information/Data Management and Updates – updates information into the LMS system; maintains and updates OSDC’s contact management data base; organizes the final application, closing and servicing loan files for permanent retention and input into OSDC’s document imaging system.• Web Page/Social Media Mangement and IT Assistance – maintains and updates OSDC’s web page including monthly interest rate updates and interest rate e-mail blasts; seeks out related news items for inclusion on OSDC’s web and Linked In page. Maintains inventory of OSDC IT equipment and software and provides basic IT assistance to OSDC staff.• Administrative – maintain office supplies inventory; maintains OSDC marketing materials inventory; assists in organization of OSDC marketing and networking events.
