Oversee logistics such as venue setup, transportation, equipment rental, and other event necessities. Coordinate with venues, catering services, and technical support teams to ensure smooth event operation.Manage the allocation of resources, staff, and volunteers. Work with the finance team to handle invoices, payments, and financial reconciliations after the event. Help create promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and digital advertisements. Engage with participants, sponsors, and attendees through various communication platforms. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including sponsors, participants, and partners, to keep them informed and involved. Be actively involved during event days, managing various aspects such as registration, venue setup, and troubleshooting. Coordinate event staff and volunteers, ensuring they are briefed and equipped for their roles. Oversee event flow, ensuring adherence to the schedule and resolving any issues that arise. Gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to assess the success of the event.Assist in creating post-event reports, detailing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Provide insights for future event planning and execution. Ensure that all event activities comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual obligations. Develop contingency plans for potential issues like weather, cancellations, or other disruptions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align on event goals. Participate in team meetings to provide updates on event progress and address any challenges.
